Naturally Mindful
Starting in Spring, join our community of like-minded people exploring different pathways to inner stillness, immersed in the tranquillity and beauty of nature in North Devon.
These gentle, guided experiences are inspired by the time I've spent observing wild ponies and quietly being amongst a herd. They draw from meditation, mindfulness and 'Shinrin Yoku' (or Forest Bathing) and are designed to shift our awareness from daily distractions and constant demands of life, helping to find a pool of quiet connection to the present moment and meeting more deeply with the living world around us.
Our modern pace of living can keep us in a 'flight, fight, freeze, flop' response with high stress to our adrenal system.
Our walks together allow nature to take the lead and help restore balance.

By deliberately slowing down and attuning to nature's rhythms, your body engages its own natural relaxation response. Practice techniques which can calm mental chatter.
These are more than just walks; they are opportunities to explore your inner world, perhaps to find peace, connection, community, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

We meet in different beautiful areas of North Devon. To come along please contact me for details. I'll be posting meeting information on socials.
