Alpaca Mindfulness

Spend gentle time with our four alpacas Rhubarb, Juniper, Mulberry and Maple as Louise guides you through different mindfulness exercises to bring your awareness to the present moment.

Alpacas are calm, gentle creatures who tend to move slowly and with grace. Fine-tune your sensory perceptions - observe, listen and feel. Become more aware of your breath and how you connect to the world around you.

​

Centred around our tranquil wellbeing cabin, The Snug, Louise will first introduce you to the alpacas' way of experiencing the world and offer you ways of aligning your own experience with theirs. We will then share time with the alpacas as they quietly graze, during which Louise will invite you to listen more deeply to your physical sensations and be curious about any information that might come forwards.

There will then be time to sit with a hot drink and a biscuit either together under the alpaca shelter, or in your own natural space.

​

This experience is available privately (£75), or as part of a group with minimum 4 people and maximum 6 people (£20 per person). Check socials for pre-scheduled dates and times or book your own private experience.
